The lady communicating with me on WhatsApp communicated it poorly. The first time the team couldn't make it as the person was sick therefore I say it's okay please reschedule and I hope the person get well soon. The second reschedule for a site visit again no heads up was given, I waited half an hour with no notice which wasted my Grab fees to the site. Subsequently I inform her that it will be much appreciated if they can communicate with me if there are changes in plans or if the team will be late - I literally told them it is okay to be late, just let me know so that I can schedule my time again and not need to rush and not waste a trip down. We then reschedule again for a third time, and when I arrived the team called me and told me they need 45 minutes to arrive but I had to be somewhere else by then. Third time wasted my transportation as well as my time. I don't think there's anything wrong with the team being late especially when there are some delays and their previous site but the lady coordinating all of this could have prevented all these just by communicating well. No need to waste resources you don't need to waste time.

As new owners of a BTO, we were worried about which contractor to hire to help us build our very first home. We wanted someone reliable, efficient, and able to help us with any issues regarding the house. Araf was completely the right person for this. We first met to discuss ideas, quotations, budget and timelines - all of which Araf quoted us reasonably. He answered all our questions as we were completely new to being homeowners. What is happening on certain days) The total renovation time took a little under 2 months (amazing),and it was well within our budget. We liked that there was a CCTV installed during the renovation process so that we can observe our home coming together through the app. There is also a year long warranty after house handover, so we can contact him regarding any issues. Assisting us with defects, installing and assembling items for the house, excellent workmanship of the built in cabinets, false ceiling assembly, flawless painting of walls...Araf and his team helped us build our dream home and we cannot thank them enough!
