Step 1: Itemised Quotation & Clear Consultation
The homeowners first shared their floor plan and work scope. Araf prepared an itemised estimated quotation so they could see what’s included, what’s optional, and how the budget is allocated.
Next, Araf met them twice to walk through the quotation, budget, and timeline in detail—while sketching the plan so the renovation flow was easy to visualise.

Step 2: Transparent Renovation Execution (CCTV + Daily Updates)
After confirmation, we started work within one week. Designs and materials were finalised quickly, including guided showroom visits to help the homeowners choose finishes confidently.
At the start of renovation, we installed a temporary CCTV camera and provided access so the homeowners could monitor progress anytime. We also shared daily progress photos and a preview of what would happen next—keeping the entire process transparent and reassuring.
Third-Party Coordination (Aircon Installation)
The homeowners engaged an external aircon contractor. We coordinated directly with them on schedule and placement so installation was smooth—and the homeowners didn’t need to be on-site.

Step 3: Handover, Defects Rectification & 1-Year Warranty
With our in-house team, the renovation progressed efficiently and was completed in a little under 2 months, staying within budget.
Before handover, we met on-site to review finishing and discuss defects. All identified issues were rectified properly. After handover, we provide a one-year warranty so clients can reach out with confidence if any issues arise.
