PROPERTY STARTING POINT
BTO or Resale — The Starting Scope Is Different
BTO renovation enquiries
A BTO plan may involve fewer existing finishes to remove, then focus on new carpentry, flooring and ceiling decisions, electrical or plumbing additions, layout and storage planning.
See the Bartley BTO renovationResale renovation enquiries
A resale plan may involve hacking or dismantling, existing substrate condition, older services, decisions about what to retain, and more make-good work.
See the Yishun resale renovationThese are practical planning differences, not universal rules. The property and proposed scope must be reviewed.
